DEA License

Under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, physicians who wish to prescribe controlled substances must obtain  DEA Number records.  The Drug Enforcement Administration ( DEA ) controls the abuse and misuse of controlled substances and chemicals used in producing  drugs and maintains databases of druggist, pharmacist, doctors, individuals licensed and registered to handle these substances.
